To all of my clients, the following policies will be honored. Every ones time is valuable!
No Substitution
No substitutions for your session. This session is booked ONLY for you!

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
24 Hour Advance Notice Is Required

24 Hour Advance Notice Is Required
When canceling an appointment please provide a 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session maybe shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive 10 minutes or later your appointment has been canceled by me. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

ALL outstanding accounts will need to be paid in full before your next session.
Refund Policy
I do not give refunds. All transactions are non refundable. You may receive a credit towards your next session. You may give this credit to someone else.
Ending Session Early
At any point of time I may end the session!
If I end the session early you will be charged full rate! I will not tolerate any unprofessional or inappropriate behavior! I reserve the right to end or not start the session if I feel this has happened! You will be asked to leave, ASAP! You will not be allowed to return to this studio!
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN!
This inappropriate behavior will be reported to the Police!
